3.2 Chrome Extension
The ChannelAscent Chrome extension enables:
- Capturing public posts from social media platforms
- AI-assisted comment generation
- Engagement tracking with target creators
3.3 AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, including comments and content strategies. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content requires human review before posting
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Subscription Tiers
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits. Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Each subscription tier includes usage limits (e.g., Blueprint analyses, comment generations, capture storage). Exceeding limits may result in temporary restriction of features until your next billing cycle.

5.3 Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of third-party platforms (X, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.). We are not responsible for any actions taken against your accounts by these platforms.
6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Latent Ventures LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6.3 Analyzed Content
Blueprints and analyses are derived from publicly available content. We do not claim ownership of the underlying public content analyzed.
6.4 AI-Generated Content
You own the AI-generated content produced for you through the Service, subject to your review and modification before use.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting.
9.4 Third-Party Platform Actions
We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including suspensions, bans, or content removal.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATENCY VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Latent Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
